Where: Gotenzan Park
When: Tuesday, September 24th from 10:30 to 2:30
Gotenzan Park has a large open area. We can enjoy a walk at the ground level or if we want we can challenge the uphill walk to the viewing platforms.

Regarding carpooling:
If you are driving and can take a rider or two, please let us know.
If you need a ride, let us know and we will try to match you with someone driving in your area, although we can't guarantee a match.
Bus information: See the attached photo courtesy of Cindy. She also explains that it shows, "Bus 41 from Kotoni Bus terminal to Gotenzan Park. The buses at 43 minutes originate at Kotoni JR station at 30 minutes past the hour. So the bus departing from the Kotoni JR station at 9:30 for example will arrive at Gotenzan Park around 10:00."
Lunch: As there are no restaurants nearby where we can make a reservation, we plan to bring an obento and enjoy a picnic lunch with others who come.

Summary
Due to bear sightings near Gotenzan Park, the Walk n' Talk was moved to Maruyama Park the day before the event. A group of 10 and a guest were able to come out and enjoy the beauty of the park while socializing with each other. It was a fun day!
