Summary
Six of our members braved the colder weather and came out to enjoy the beauty of Hokudai campus. We met inside the information center of Hokudai near the main gate at 11:00 am. As we walked and socialized, we enjoyed the remaining autumn colors surrounding us. The small stream and waterfall on campus created a pleasant atmosphere and the golden carpet of the ginko trees was beautiful. Some of us even collected some ginko nuts! We walked outside for the first part and then went in to see the exhibitions in the Hokkaido University Museum. It is free for all and had a good variety of exhibitions to enjoy.
Although we originally planned to continue on to lunch, this time, keeping the Covid increase in mind, we walked n' talked together without our usual 'meet and eat' afterwards. As a result, for those that could stay longer, we ended up checking out the museum until about 14:00.
